No. The customer contacts Recycle Your Ride, receives the quote, approves the sale and provides the required ownership information. The shop only refers the customer and helps coordinate pickup access.
Can a non-running vehicle be picked up?
Yes. Tell us whether it rolls, steers, has keys and has any access issues so we can plan the pickup properly.
Who pays the repair or storage bill?
Any outstanding repair, diagnostic or storage charges remain between the vehicle owner and the repair shop. Pickup is arranged only after the shop authorizes release.
