Information we collect

When you request a quote, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, pickup community, vehicle street address and access details, notes, photos, and the date and source of your consent.

How we use it

We use this information to review the vehicle, respond to your request, prepare a quote, arrange pickup or drop-off, send relevant service follow-ups such as a review request after a completed pickup, protect the website from misuse, and keep necessary business records.

Services that help operate the website

The website is hosted by Vercel. Quote information, pickup completion records and private vehicle photos are stored with Supabase. Resend is used to deliver quote notifications, secure dashboard sign-in emails and post-pickup review requests. These providers process information as needed to supply their services.

Photos and access

Customer photos are not published on the public website. Access is restricted to the private Recycle Your Ride dashboard, and photo links are temporary.

Retention and sharing

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the quote, transaction, security, and record-keeping purposes. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or when necessary to protect our rights and services.

Your choices

You may ask a question about your information or request a correction or deletion, subject to records we must reasonably retain. Contact recycleyourridewinnipeg@gmail.com or 204-293-6004.
