Start with a clear vehicle list
Record the year, make, model, condition and location of each unit. Note whether it starts, rolls and steers, whether keys and ownership documents are available, and whether equipment or company property still needs to be removed. Accurate details make quoting and pickup planning more reliable.
Remove business property and identifying information
Check the cab, cargo area and storage for tools, paperwork, access cards, GPS units and customer information. Lettering, wraps, unit numbers and phone numbers may also need attention before the vehicle leaves the business.
Assess the vehicle instead of assuming it is worthless
High kilometres, rust or a major mechanical problem can end a vehicle’s working life without eliminating all value. Vehicle type, completeness, condition, current recycling markets and pickup requirements matter. We assess the actual unit rather than publishing a generic fleet price.
Plan access before pickup
Tell us about flat tires, locked steering, missing keys, blocked access or soft ground. Winnipeg snow, frozen brakes and tight spaces can also affect how we load the vehicle. Sharing these details beforehand helps us plan a safer, more efficient pickup.
Complete the ownership handoff
You must be legally entitled to sell each vehicle. We will confirm what ownership and identification are required, who is authorized to sign, and which records you need to keep. For several units, we can agree on the pickup sequence and documentation before moving the first vehicle.
Where does the vehicle go next?
The next step depends on the vehicle and its condition. We can direct an end-of-life vehicle toward appropriate automotive processing so recoverable materials and components are handled through the proper channels. We buy vehicles; we do not collect loose commercial scrap or general waste.
